We are looking for a specialist in general medicine for a permanent full-time position at Capio Vårdcentral Väsby. Capio Vårdcentral Väsby is a well-established health center with approximately 10,000 registered patients and around 100 patients in home care. We have a total of 30 employees and a stable staff group with good continuity. The medical team consists of four specialists in general medicine, three residents, and two licensed physicians. We now want to strengthen our team with an additional specialist to create even better long-term stability and continuity for our patients.

We work in a team-based manner in close collaboration with other professions. The organization has established clinics in areas such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, and hypertension, which provides good conditions for structured and evidence-based care. Quality and improvement work is a natural part of everyday life.

As a specialist in general medicine with us, you will run your own clinic with both acute and planned patient visits. The work includes both physical visits and digital contacts and takes place on-site at the health center. You will work closely with colleagues and participate in our regular team rounds and medical meetings.

Your responsibilities include mentoring residents and actively participating in the organization's quality and development work. For those with a particular interest, there is an opportunity to take responsibility over time in specific medical areas. Home care may be included if interested but is not a requirement.

Mandatory requirements:

• Specialist in general medicine

• Experience from Swedish primary care

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Driving license B

• Ability to mentor residents

• Comfortable with digital working methods
